Cancellation Policy

By purchasing services or participating in classes or private sessions at Silhouette Pilates (“Studio”), you (“Client”) agree to the following: Assumption of Risk: You understand that Pilates and use of studio equipment involve physical activity and inherent risks, including injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in group classes, private sessions, workshops, and studio activities. Medical Acknowledgment: You certify that you are physically fit to participate and have consulted a physician if necessary. You agree to inform instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or limitations and to stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Silhouette Pilates, its owners, instructors, and staff from any claims or liabilities arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Payments & Refunds: All purchases (memberships, class packages, and private sessions) are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law. Sessions and packages must be used within the stated expiration period. Cancellations: Group classes and private sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to start time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeiture of the session. Repeated violations may result in suspension of booking privileges. Studio Conduct: The Studio reserves the right to refuse service or terminate participation for inappropriate behavior or safety concerns. Policy Changes: The Studio may update policies or schedules with reasonable notice. Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. By checking the box and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Policy and Waiver.
