Comfortable clothing you can move in. Fitted tops and bottoms help instructors see alignment, but the most important thing is that you feel good in what you’re wearing!

How often should I do Pilates to see results?

Like any skill, the more often and consistently you practice Pilates, the faster you’ll improve your strength, control, and coordination. That said, even doing it once a week is still effective—you’ll see benefits over time, just at a slower pace. Consistency matters more than frequency alone, so start where you can and build from there as it fits your schedule.
