Studio Services

Silhouette Pilates provides Pilates classes, private sessions, workshops, and related wellness services. All classes and services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

 

Booking and Accounts

We use Mariana Tek as our booking and client management platform. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your account information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

 

Payments

Payment is required according to the pricing and membership terms in effect at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

By providing payment information, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method for purchases, memberships, cancellation fees, or other authorized charges.

 

Cancellations and No-Shows

Clients are responsible for canceling reservations within the cancellation window established by Silhouette Pilates. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to fees or loss of class credits in accordance with our studio policies.

Health and Participation

By participating in our classes or services, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks.

You agree that:

  • You are voluntarily participating in classes and activities.

  • You are physically able to participate or have consulted a healthcare provider if necessary.

  • You will immediately discontinue participation if you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.

Participation is at your own risk.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silhouette Pilates, its owners, instructors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from participation in our classes, use of our facilities, or use of our website, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

You agree not to:

- Program Description

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Silhouette Pilates ("we," "us," "our") at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include appointment reminders, class confirmations, schedule updates, account notifications, promotional offers, and customer support follow-ups. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.

 

- Message Frequency

You may receive up to 8 messages per month, although message frequency may vary depending on your bookings, account activity, and interactions with us.

 

- Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details regarding your messaging plan.

 

- How to Opt Out and Get Help

You may unsubscribe from SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send. After you reply STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

To receive messages again, you may sign up through our booking system or reply START.
